Customers using the website who are minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. By using this site and making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Payment & Accepted Cards
We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in AED (UAE Dirham) and USD (US Dollar). All transactions are processed through a secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
5. Account Confidentiality
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. FlySuper will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
6. Transaction Records
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and be aware of FlySuper's policies and rules. Upon completing a booking, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
7. OFAC Sanctions Compliance
www.flysuper.net will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries, in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
8. Prices & Currency
All prices on this website are displayed in AED and/or USD. Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about changes. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
