FlySuper Travel LLC provides digital travel services including flight bookings, tour packages, and hotel reservations. As our services are delivered electronically, this policy outlines how you will receive your booking confirmations and travel documents.

1. Service Delivery Method

FlySuper delivers all booking confirmations, e-tickets, vouchers, and travel documents digitally via email to the registered email address provided at the time of booking. Physical documents may also be arranged upon request at no additional charge for UAE-based customers.

FlySuper will keep proof of delivery receipt signed/confirmed by the registered customer for all completed bookings. Customers are advised to retain copies of all booking confirmations and travel documents.

FlySuper provides travel services to both local UAE destinations and international destinations worldwide. Delivery timelines remain the same regardless of destination, as all documents are delivered digitally.
