At FlySuper Travel LLC, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in the event you need to cancel or modify a booking.
1. Refund Processing
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card used for the transaction.
Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
A refund or replacement may be provided under the following circumstances:
- The wrong service or booking was made by FlySuper on behalf of the customer.
- The service provided is defective or significantly different from what was described.
- The booking was cancelled by the airline, hotel, or tour operator.
- The product or service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Super.travel3588@gmail.com or by calling +971 52 133 2882.
- More than 72 hours before departure/service date: Full refund minus any applicable airline or hotel cancellation fees.
- 24–72 hours before departure/service date: 50% refund, subject to supplier cancellation terms.
- Less than 24 hours before departure/service date: No refund applicable unless otherwise stated by the airline or hotel policy.
4. Replacement Policy
Replacement bookings may be offered under the following conditions:
- The wrong booking was made by the merchant (FlySuper).
- The service is defective or unavailable at the time of use.
- The booking was damaged or incorrectly processed.
- The service was not delivered on the agreed date.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, including but not limited to: promotional airfares, last-minute deals, and non-refundable hotel rates. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking, before the purchase decision is made.
